Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Lebanon: 1–3 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Some of our pieces—especially in our jewelry and knitwear lines—are made to order to reduce waste and support our sustainability efforts. Ready-to-ship items are clearly marked on the product page.

Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities. However, some timeless styles may be restocked or made available on a pre-order basis.

Each piece comes with specific care instructions. We recommend dry cleaning for ready-to-wear pieces and gentle cleaning with a soft cloth for jewelry. For knitwear, hand wash with cold water or dry clean.

We use deadstock fabrics, recycled threads, and support local artisans in our production process. Many pieces are made-to-order to avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
