1. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your order. Try your purchases and if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may send them back. Returning an item couldn’t be easier, you have 7 days from the day you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or alternative address.

Kindly make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all JESSICA K tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please follow the procedure below: 

  1. Send us an e-mail to customercare@jessica-k.com explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. If you didn’t find the alternative size or desired style we will issue a store credit for the amount of purchase on your account. Note: The store credit will not include the shipping cost or the duties and taxes.
  2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.

If the item has arrived with a defect, you must contact us immediately to be able to start the process within the next 24h. In this case, the cost of the return will be covered by JESSICA K.

  1. Upon receipt of your products, we will issue a store credit immediately. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team by emailing customercare@jessica-k.com if you have any further questions on returns.

NB: Shipping fees, customs and duties are handled by customers on all exchanges.

2. Returns & Exchange Shipping

Mondays to Fridays from 10 am to 5 pm.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
